“24″ (5/1/06) Review

Written by TV Guy on May 1st, 2006

Jack Bauer is going to hijack a plane. No, I am not f’in you. He’s gonna hijack a f’in plane. Holy shite!

Everything else is filler material between Jack going through the small charter plane looking for Christopher Henderson’s bag man. He takes out the Air Marshal with a karate chop (Air Marshals have glass jaws!) and ends up in baggage with the wrong man where he’s subsequently trapped! Oops.

Hey, look, Chloe just tasered a drunk who was hitting on her. Heh heh. I love Chloe. She rules hard.

Fast trivia: I was listening to my spanking new DVD box set of the “24″ Season 4, and Mary Lynn Rajskub was one of the people doing commentary voices for the season premiere. Guess what, kids? Our favorite neurotic CTU agentress is pretty funny. At one point she cracks about how the show turned her into a Republican when she was always a Liberal. Too bad the rest of the box set kinda blew commentary wise. I went through it and I don’t think there was anything as good as that first one by Mary Lynn and I think the showrunner whats-his-name.

Anyways, back to our episode. So –

Holy shite, Jack is gonna hijack a f’in plane!

Damn you, “24″ — I gotta wait until next week to find out if Logan orders the plane shot down or not? Damn you!!!!
