Jessica Alba to Host 2006 MTV Movie Awards

Okay, look, we all know Jessica Alba can’t act. I mean, she can act, but she can’t really act. She’s a nice girl and all, but let’s be real about this — that young body and high forehead (but especially that young body she isn’t shy about revealing) is what’s gotten her moving up the ranks of Hollywood’ starlets. And now here’s news that Jessica Alba will be hosting the MTV Movie Awards.
If you don’t know (what, you been living under a rock?) the MTV Movie Awards is an inconsequential award where Hollywood movie stars get to pretend like they’re “cool” and “hip” and “with it”.
But I digress.
Says Alba:
“It’s always a crazy, fun show, and I can’t wait to be right in the middle of the action,” she said yesterday in a statement to the Associated Press.
